What does the consultation cost?
The fee is stated clearly in your confirmation message before the visit, and paid at the clinic in cash or by card. There are no online payments.
When will I get confirmation?
Within two hours during working hours, by WhatsApp to the number you enter. If it doesn’t arrive, call us directly.
Is the visit confidential?
Yes. Your details are never shared, and no specialty name appears in any message you receive. Reason for visit is optional and will not be asked.
What should I bring?
Previous tests and reports, if you have them. You can simply bring them to the visit — nothing needs uploading now.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation message on WhatsApp and we’ll reschedule you at the earliest available slot.
Do you see patients from outside Egypt?
Yes — patients travel to us from across the Gulf. Message us on WhatsApp before travelling so we can coordinate timing and any tests needed.
